Returns

We hope that you love our wristbands, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For warranty replacement within the 30 day warranty period, please use form below:

Customer Support

To ensure that you are able to receive a refund we ask that you notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of the receipt of your order.

 

Warranty

HandiGuru™ Wristband Kits are warrantied for 30 days from date of purchase. Please use this Customer Support form for questions regarding warranty claims. 

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to replace an item, you will need to return your unopened item for a product refund and place a new order for your replacement.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed upon receipt of the products. You can expect a product refund to your original form of payment within 7 to 14 days of receiving your return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that comes with tracking and insurance to ensure we receive your return. HandiGuru™ is not responsible for packages that are lost during return shipment.

At this time, we are unable to refund shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Your refund will apply only to the product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
